How to Share Zoom Meeting Link

Follow these steps to quickly copy and share your Zoom meeting link with others.

  1. Open Zoom App or Website – Sign in to your Zoom account on the Desktop App or zoom.us.

  2. Start or Schedule a Meeting

    • Click “New Meeting” for instant

    • Or “Schedule” to set up a future meeting

  3. Get the Meeting Link (Instant Meeting)

    • Once the meeting starts, click “Participants” > “Invite” > “Copy Invite Link”

  4. Get the Meeting Link (Scheduled Meeting)

    • Go to the “Meetings” tab

    • Find your meeting and click “Copy Invitation”

  5. Paste the Link Anywhere – Share the link through:

    • WhatsApp

    • Email

    • SMS

    • Slack

    • Any messaging platform

  6. Add Extra Info (Optional) – Also share the Meeting ID and Passcode if required.

  7. Invite from Calendar (Optional) – If synced with Google/Outlook Calendar, invites with the meeting link are auto-sent to guests.

  8. Done – Link shared successfully! Participants can now join your Zoom meeting directly with one click.
