How to Join Zoom Meeting
This guide provides a step-by-step process to join a Zoom meeting. Follow these instructions to successfully enter a Zoom session.
Open Zoom App or Website – Launch the Zoom Desktop App, Mobile App, or visit zoom.us/join.
Click on “Join a Meeting” – No need to sign in; just click “Join a Meeting” on the home screen.
Enter Meeting ID – Type the Meeting ID you received from the host.
Enter Your Name – Add your display name that others will see in the meeting.
Choose Audio/Video Preferences – Before joining, you can choose:
Turn video on/off
Mute mic before entry
Enter Passcode (if asked) – If the host enabled a passcode, Zoom will ask for it before entering.
Click “Join” – Tap the blue “Join” button, and you’ll enter the meeting room.
Done – You’re now in the Zoom meeting and ready to talk, listen, or just chill on mute 🎧
