How to Send a Zoom Invite

Follow these simple steps to send a Zoom meeting invitation. This guide is designed to help you quickly and easily share your meeting details with participants.

  1. Open Zoom App or Website – Sign in to the Zoom Desktop App or go to zoom.us.

  2. Start or Schedule a Meeting

    • Click “New Meeting” for instant meeting

    • Or click “Schedule” for later

  3. Get the Meeting Link

    • For live meetings, click “Participants” > “Invite” > “Copy Invite Link”

    • For scheduled meetings, go to “Meetings” tab and click “Copy Invitation”

  4. Choose How to Share – Paste the copied invite into:

    • WhatsApp

    • Email

    • SMS

    • Slack or any messaging app

  5. Use Calendar Integration (Optional) – If you used Google or Outlook Calendar, it will automatically send invites to participants.

  6. Invite via Email from Zoom – In the Invite window, you can also enter participant emails directly and send from Zoom itself.

  7. Include Meeting Details – Make sure to share:

    • Meeting Link

    • Meeting ID

    • Passcode (if enabled)

  8. Done – Invite sent successfully! Participants can now join your Zoom meeting with one click.
