How to Send a Zoom Invite
Follow these simple steps to send a Zoom meeting invitation. This guide is designed to help you quickly and easily share your meeting details with participants.
Open Zoom App or Website – Sign in to the Zoom Desktop App or go to zoom.us.
Start or Schedule a Meeting –
Click “New Meeting” for instant meeting
Or click “Schedule” for later
Get the Meeting Link –
For live meetings, click “Participants” > “Invite” > “Copy Invite Link”
For scheduled meetings, go to “Meetings” tab and click “Copy Invitation”
Choose How to Share – Paste the copied invite into:
WhatsApp
Email
SMS
Slack or any messaging app
Use Calendar Integration (Optional) – If you used Google or Outlook Calendar, it will automatically send invites to participants.
Invite via Email from Zoom – In the Invite window, you can also enter participant emails directly and send from Zoom itself.
Include Meeting Details – Make sure to share:
Meeting Link
Meeting ID
Passcode (if enabled)
Done – Invite sent successfully! Participants can now join your Zoom meeting with one click.
