Open Your Figma File
– Launch Figma and open the design file where you want to add text.

Select the Text Tool
– Click the “T” icon in the top toolbar, or press the T key on your keyboard.

Click on the Canvas
– Click anywhere on the canvas to create a new text box.

Type Your Text
– Start typing directly inside the text box.
– You can add as much or as little text as needed.

Style Your Text
– Use the right-hand panel to change the font, size, color, alignment, and more.

Move or Resize the Text Box
– Drag to reposition, or drag the edges to resize the text area.

Done
– You’ve successfully added text to your Figma design.
