How to Link Pages in Figma

This guide will walk you through the steps to link pages within your Figma project. Linking pages can help you navigate quickly between different sections of your design, making your workflow more efficient.

  1. Open Your Figma Project
    – Launch Figma and open the file where your multiple pages or frames exist.

  2. Select the Element You Want to Link
    – Click on a text, button, or shape that you want to turn into a clickable link.

  3. Go to Prototype Tab
    – In the right-hand sidebar, switch from the Design tab to the Prototype tab.

  4. Drag the Node to Another Frame (Page)
    – You’ll see a circular node on the selected element.
    – Click and drag it to the destination frame (the page you want to link to).

  5. Choose Interaction Details
    – After linking, a small settings box will appear.
    – Set the interaction to “On Click” → “Navigate to”.

  6. Test the Link
    – Click the Play (Present) icon in the top-right to enter prototype mode.
    – Try clicking your linked element to confirm it navigates properly.

  7. Done
