This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating a Zoom link for your meetings. Follow each step carefully to successfully schedule and save a Zoom meeting link.

  1. Open Zoom App or Website – Launch the Zoom desktop app or go to zoom.us and sign in.

  2. Click on “Schedule” – On the home screen, tap the “Schedule” button (📅 icon).

  3. Set Meeting Details

    • Add topic, date, time, duration, and timezone

    • Adjust settings like video on/off, waiting room, passcode, etc.

  4. Click “Save” – Once all info is set, click “Save” to schedule the meeting.

  5. Meeting Will Be Created – Zoom will generate a Meeting ID and a unique Zoom link.

  6. Find the Link

    • The link appears right after saving

    • Or go to “Meetings” tab > Upcoming Meetings > Click meeting > Copy Invitation

  7. Copy & Share the Link – Click “Copy Invitation” and paste it in WhatsApp, email, or anywhere you want.

  8. Done – People can now join the meeting by clicking your Zoom link. ✅
