How to Group Rows in
Google Sheets
Open your Google Sheets document and select the rows you want to group together by clicking and dragging over the row numbers.
Once the rows are selected, right-click on one of the highlighted row numbers and choose "Group rows X-Y" from the context menu.
A small arrow will appear next to the row numbers indicating that the rows are grouped. Click the arrow to expand or collapse the group.
To ungroup the rows, right-click on the grouped row numbers and select "Ungroup rows X-Y."
Grouping rows is useful for organizing data and improving readability, especially with large datasets.
You can group multiple sets of rows in the same sheet by repeating the process for different row ranges.
