Learn how to efficiently wrap text in Google Sheets to enhance readability. Follow these simple steps to keep your data organized within cells.

  1. Open your Google Sheets document and locate the cell or range of cells where text is getting cut off.

  2. Click on the cell or highlight multiple cells where you want the text to wrap automatically.

  3. In the toolbar at the top, locate the "Text wrapping" icon, which looks like a curved arrow inside a box.

  4. Click the "Text wrapping" icon and select "Wrap" from the dropdown menu.

  5. The text inside the cell will now automatically adjust and fit within the cell, expanding the row height as needed.

  6. If necessary, manually adjust the row height by dragging the row boundary to ensure all wrapped text is visible.
