Open Google Forms – Go to Google Forms and open an existing form or create a new one.

Click the Import Button – Select the “Import questions” icon (📥) next to the “+” button on the right panel.

Choose the Source Form – A window will appear showing your recent Google Forms. Select the form containing the questions you want to import.

Select Questions to Import –

• Check the box next to each question you want to add.

• Click “Select all” if you want to import all questions.

Click “Import Questions” – The selected questions will be added to your current form.

Edit and Arrange – Modify, delete, or rearrange the imported questions as needed.

Save and Share – Once finalized, click “Send” to share the form via email, link, or embed it on a website.
