How to Hyperlink in Slack

In the Slack message input field, type the text that you want to turn into a hyperlink.

Highlight the text and click the “Link” icon in the formatting toolbar (it looks like a chain link).

Paste or type the URL that you want to link to in the pop-up window and press “Enter” to apply the link.

The selected text will now appear as a clickable hyperlink that leads to the URL you specified.

Alternatively, you can manually create a link using the format <URL|Text> (e.g., <https://slack.com|Slack Website>).
