How to Turn On
Slack Notifications

In Slack, click on your workspace name in the top-left corner of the screen.

From the dropdown menu, select “Preferences” to open the notification settings.

Under the “Notifications” tab, choose your preferred notification type, such as “All new messages,” “Direct messages, mentions, and keywords,” or “Nothing.”

Adjust the settings for mobile and desktop notifications to ensure you receive alerts for the types of activities that matter most.

If you want to customize notifications for individual channels, go to the channel settings and select “Channel Notifications” to adjust the frequency of updates.
