Effortlessly edit your documents in Google Docs by using the Find and Replace feature. Quickly locate and update text for improved consistency and accuracy.

  1. Open your Google Docs document.

  2. Click on the "Edit" menu at the top and select "Find and replace" from the dropdown.

  3. In the "Find" field, enter the text you want to find.

  4. In the "Replace with" field, enter the replacement text.

  5. If you want to search throughout the entire document, leave the "Search using regular expressions" option unchecked.

  6. You can choose to replace all occurrences or replace them one by one by clicking "Find" and then "Replace".

  7. To replace all occurrences at once, click "Replace all".
