Open Your Figma File – Launch Figma and open the design file where you want to delete something.

Select the Object – Click on the element, text, image, frame, or layer you want to delete.

Use Delete Key – Press Delete or Backspace on your keyboard to remove the selected item.

Delete from Layers Panel – You can also right-click on the object in the Layers panel (left sidebar) and select Delete.

Delete Multiple Items – Hold Shift and click to select multiple objects, then press Delete.

Undo if Needed – Press Ctrl + Z (Windows) or Cmd + Z (Mac) to undo the delete if it was a mistake.

Done – The object is now removed from your design.
