Easily remove duplicate entries in Google Sheets to maintain data integrity. Follow step-by-step instructions to streamline your spreadsheet.

  1. Highlight the data range that may contain duplicates.

  2. Click Data in the top menu and select Data cleanup > Remove duplicates.

  3. If your range has headers, check the Data has header row box.

  4. Click Remove duplicates, and Google Sheets will scan for identical rows.

  5. A pop-up will show how many duplicates were found and removed.

  6. Click OK to finalize, and your data will now be free of duplicates.
