How to Use Zapier
with Google Forms

Log in to your Zapier account on your browser and click the 'Create Zap' button to start building a new automation workflow.

In the trigger search box, type and select 'Google Forms,' then connect your Google account by signing in and granting permissions to Zapier.

Choose the specific Google Form you want to use as a trigger and configure the event, such as 'New Response in Spreadsheet,' to activate the workflow.

Set up the action step by selecting another app to connect, such as Google Sheets, Gmail, or Slack, and configure the desired output for each form response.

Test the Zap to ensure it works correctly by submitting a response to your Google Form and verifying the automation behaves as expected before turning it on.
