How to Duplicate a Zap in Zapier

Open your Zapier account in a browser and navigate to the 'Zaps' tab from the left-hand menu to view all your existing Zaps.

Locate the Zap you want to duplicate and click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to it for additional options.

Select 'Duplicate' from the dropdown menu, and Zapier will create an identical copy of the original Zap.

Open the duplicated Zap, rename it to avoid confusion, and make any necessary edits to the trigger, actions, or settings.

Test the duplicated Zap to ensure it functions correctly and activate it when you’re satisfied with its setup.
