How to Underline Text in Figma
Select the Text – Click on the text box or highlight the specific text you want to underline.
Open Text Toolbar – Look at the top bar when the text is selected.
Click the Underline Icon (U) – If available, click the "U" icon to underline.
Use Shortcut – Press Ctrl + U (Windows) or Cmd + U (Mac) to quickly underline.
Verify Underline Applied – Ensure the text now shows an underline visually.
Deselect Text – Click outside the text box to view the underline effect.
Adjust if Needed – If underline overlaps with descenders, tweak line height or font size.
