  1. Open your Google Docs document where you want to track changes.

  2. Click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the screen.

  3. In the dropdown, select "Review suggested edits" to enable suggested edits mode.

  4. Once enabled, any changes made will be tracked as suggestions rather than direct edits.

  5. The suggested changes will appear in the document, highlighted in a different color with strike-throughs for deletions and underlines for additions.

  6. You can accept or reject each change by clicking on the suggestion and selecting "Accept" or "Reject".

  7. To turn off suggested edits, go back to the "Tools" menu and select "Review suggested edits" again to disable it.
