Effortlessly update your data in Google Sheets by using the search and replace feature. This tool allows you to quickly find specific text and replace it with new content across your spreadsheet.

  1. Open your Google Sheets document and press Ctrl + H (Windows) or Cmd + H (Mac) to open the Find and Replace tool.

  2. In the “Find” field, enter the text or value you want to replace.

  3. In the “Replace with” field, type the new text or value.

  4. Click “Find” to locate instances of the text before replacing them.

  5. Choose “Replace” for a single change or “Replace all” to update all occurrences at once.

  6. Click “Done” to close the tool once you’ve finished making replacements.
