Easily shuffle your data in Google Sheets to create a randomized list. Use built-in functions to ensure a quick and efficient process.

  1. Open your Google Sheets document and select the range of cells containing the list you want to randomize.

  2. Click on the "Add-ons" menu at the top, then choose "Get add-ons."

  3. Search for "Randomize Range" and install it.

  4. Once installed, go to "Add-ons" > "Randomize Range" > "Randomize" to shuffle your list.

  5. The selected range will be randomized. If you want to reverse the randomization, use the "Undo" button.

  6. Randomizing is useful for creating randomized lists for surveys, experiments, or drawing names for contests.
