  1. Open your Google Sheets document and select the row where you want to insert new rows.

  2. Right-click on the row number where the new rows should be inserted.

  3. In the context menu, select "Insert X rows above" or "Insert X rows below," depending on where you want the new rows to appear.

  4. If you want to insert multiple rows, select more than one row before right-clicking, then choose the number of rows to insert.

  5. Google Sheets will automatically insert the new rows in the selected position, shifting existing data down.

  6. To adjust the data in the new rows, simply click on the cells and input your information as needed.
