How to Add Emojis to Slack

Open a Slack conversation, either in a direct message or a channel.

Click on the smiley face icon in the message input field to open the emoji menu.

Browse through the available emojis or use the search bar to find a specific emoji.

Click on the emoji to add it to your message, and it will appear in the message input field.

Press “Enter” to send the message with the emoji, or add more emojis to create a more expressive message.

You can also use emoji shortcuts by typing a colon followed by the emoji name (e.g., :smile:).
