How to Upload a File to Chat GPT

Open ChatGPT and begin a conversation.

Look for the "Upload" button or paperclip icon within the chat interface (this may vary depending on the platform).

Click the "Upload" button to open the file picker.

Select the file from your computer or device that you wish to upload and click "Open."

Wait for the file to upload. Once uploaded, ChatGPT will process the file and be ready to assist with its contents.

If the file is successfully uploaded, ChatGPT will display a confirmation and may ask how you’d like to proceed with the file.
