How to Share Google Docs
Open the Google Docs document you want to share.
In the top-right corner, click on the blue "Share" button.
A sharing window will pop up. Under the "Share with people and groups" section, enter the email address of the person you want to share the document with.
You can adjust their permissions (Viewer, Commenter, or Editor) by clicking on the dropdown next to their email.
If you want to share the document with anyone who has the link, click on "Copy link" at the bottom. Set the link sharing options to "Anyone with the link" and choose the permission level (Viewer, Commenter, or Editor).
Once you’ve adjusted the sharing settings, click "Send" to share the document via email or "Done" to finish.
You can also share a document by clicking on the "File" menu, selecting "Email as attachment," and sending it through your email.
