Easily schedule messages in Slack to ensure timely communication. Perfect for planning reminders or coordinating with team members across different time zones.

  1. Open Slack and navigate to the channel or direct message where you want to send a message.

  2. Compose your message as you normally would. Instead of clicking the send button, click the small arrow next to the message input field.

  3. Select “Schedule Message” from the dropdown menu.

  4. Choose the specific date and time for your message to be sent. You can pick a preset time (like “tomorrow morning”) or set a custom time.

  5. Click “Schedule Message” to confirm, and your message will automatically be sent at the selected time.

  6. You can view or cancel scheduled messages by navigating to the "Scheduled" section in your Slack sidebar.
