How to Present on Canva

Open your Canva project and ensure all slides or pages are in the correct order for presentation.

Click the “Present” button located in the upper right corner of the screen.

Choose the desired presentation mode: “Standard,” “Autoplay,” or “Presenter View” for notes and timing control.

If using “Presenter View,” open a second window for your speaker notes while projecting the slides on the main screen.

Start the presentation and use keyboard arrows or on-screen navigation buttons to move between slides seamlessly.
