How to Insert a Video into Canva

Open a Canva design and navigate to the “Uploads” tab on the left sidebar.

Click the "Upload Files" button and select the video file from your device to upload.

Drag the uploaded video onto your design canvas and position it where you want it to appear.

Resize the video by dragging its corners and crop it using the “Crop” button if needed.

Customize playback settings such as start and end points, or mute the audio if the video will play in a silent context.
