Open Google Sheets and select the range where you want to find duplicates.

Click on Format > Conditional formatting from the menu.

In the Format cells if dropdown, choose Custom formula is.

Enter the formula: =COUNTIF(A:A, A1) > 1 (replace A:A with your column range).

Choose a highlight color under the Formatting style.

Click Done, and duplicates will be highlighted automatically.
