  1. Open Google Docs in a Chrome browser.

  2. Go to the Google Docs homepage and click on the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top-left corner.

  3. Select "Settings" from the menu.

  4. In the settings menu, check the box for "Offline" under the "General" tab.

  5. Google Docs will automatically sync your recent documents for offline use.

  6. You can access and edit your documents without an internet connection. The changes will sync once you're online again.
