  1. Open your Google Slides presentation.

  2. Click on View > Master (or Theme Builder in newer versions).

  3. Select the Master Slide or a specific Layout where the footer appears.

  4. Edit the text, font, or style in the footer section.

  5. Close the Master view to apply changes to all slides using that layout.

  6. If you want a footer on individual slides, manually add a text box at the bottom.
