  1. Open your Google Slides presentation.

  2. Select the text box you want to duplicate.

  3. Press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Cmd + C (Mac) to copy it.

  4. Press Ctrl + V (Windows) or Cmd + V (Mac) to paste the duplicate.

  5. Alternatively, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Option (Mac), then drag the text box to create a copy.

  6. Adjust the position of the duplicated text box as needed.

  7. Release the mouse to place the new text box.
