Easily create a copy of your existing Asana project to streamline workflows and ensure consistency. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to duplicate your project efficiently.

  1. Navigate to the project you want to duplicate by selecting it from your project list or the search bar.

  2. Click on the three-dot menu (ellipsis) in the top-right corner of the project view to open the project settings.

  3. Select the “Duplicate Project” option from the dropdown menu to open the duplication settings.

  4. In the duplication settings, choose which elements of the project you want to include, such as tasks, assignees, due dates, or custom fields.

  5. Give the duplicated project a new name and select the team or workspace where you want it to be created.

  6. Click the “Create New Project” button to finalize the duplication, and the new project will appear in your project list.
