  1. Open a project in Asana and create a new task with the structure you want to use as a template.

  2. Add subtasks, descriptions, attachments, and custom fields to the task to standardize its format.

  3. Click on the three-dot menu (ellipsis) in the task details pane and select “Save as Template.”

  4. Assign a name to the task template to make it easily recognizable for future use.

  5. Use the template to create new tasks by selecting it from the task creation options in your project or workspace.
