  1. Open your Google Docs document.

  2. Highlight the text you want to capitalize.

  3. Click on the "Format" menu at the top.

  4. From the dropdown, hover over "Text" and then select "Capitalization."

  5. In the submenu, choose "UPPERCASE" to capitalize all letters in the selected text.

  6. The highlighted text will now appear in all capital letters.

  7. To reverse the action, follow the same steps and select "lowercase" or "Title Case" as needed.
